1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses across all over India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at Misste.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available).

Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Customs, duties, or taxes (if applicable) for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at Misste. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

9. Changes to Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
