At Misste, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 4 days of receiving it, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The return request is made within 4 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is not part of our non-returnable items, which include:
    • Customized or personalized jewelry.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale."
    • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

  • Once the refund request is approved the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 - 10 business day.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
